After a day walking around cellars and vineyards, or under the sun on the beach of Marina di Bibbona, you can end the day with gusto and in total relaxation without leaving our resort.

At the wine bar of the Bolgheri Beach, overlooking the swimming pool, you can choose between wines from the Bolgheri cellars and cocktails prepared with quality ingredients.

Do you like gin and tonic?

Among the proposals you will find the GINeprino, created in collaboration with our partner structure. A distillate that recalls the territory: juniper, Mediterranean herbs, fresh and clean notes.

From the kitchen come simple and refined proposals: platters with local cured meats and cheeses, light dishes, vegetarian options on request.

The magic hour begins at 5.00pm, continuing until 11.30pm with aperitifs, themed evenings with live music and DJ sets.
